By purchasing tickets for this event, you agree to the following:
1) By attending and participating in this event, you acknowledge and accept that there are inherent risks associated with inflatable equipment, including the risk of personal injury. The organisers accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by participants or their property, unless caused by proven negligence on the part of the organisers.
2) You may have to queue to use our Inflatables. Please make sure that your children are patient and do not push.
3) Over 14's, parents or guardians are not allowed on equipment under any
circumstances. If your child needs assistance, please request the attention of our staff.
4) All visitors use equipment at own risk and parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children or anyone in their party.
5) Entry to our event is final; refunds will not be given under any circumstances.
6) Abusive, intimidating or threatening behaviour won't be tolerated, any such behaviour will result in your party being removed from the park and the police being called.
7) We recommend the minimum age for children to use equipment is 2 years old, but they must either be able to use equipment on their own or have a sibling or friend to assist if needed who is under 14. As outlined in 3), parents cannot assist young children on the Inflatables under any circumstances.
8) Bad language will not be tolerated. This is a children's event.
9) No eating, drinking or chewing whilst using equipment.
10) Bare skin must be covered or friction burns will occur.
11) Children must not jump or somersault down slides. Doing so will result in injury
12) To ensure that we are operating safely, the event is weather dependant and can be forced to close at any point due to rain or wind. In these circumstances and entirely at our discretion, you may request a free return ticket. Refunds will not be given in such scenarios and it is possible that weather conditions, such as high winds, will force us to close at little to no notice.
13) CCTV is in operation for the safety of our visitors and staff.
14) We may carry out live videos to help promote the event on social media.
15) Glasses are not permitted on the Inflatables as they can cause injury.
16) We may send you updates of weather cancellations, special offers, discounts, venues opening times, new attractions, important information etc.
17) If you choose to use the free car parking it is entirely at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for any damage, theft, vandalism or injury. Please park responsibly, drive safely and consider others when using the facilities.
